On 11/03/2025 at 6:54am, FMPD responded to Super 8 in reference to a possible domestic disturbance between two guests in their room. One of the subjects was identified as Patricia Malloy. Malloy had active warrants for her arrest out of Lee County for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. On 10/29/2025 at 9:27 pm Officers with the Fort Madison Police Department responded to 1231 35th Street in reference to an assault. Officer contacted the reporting party and a juvenile victim. On 10/25/2025 at 9:48 p.m. Officers with the Fort Madison Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Molly Haynes, of Fort Madison, in the 2900 block of Avenue K. During the stop Officers detected the odor of Marijuana. Officers searched the vehicle and located marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia within the vehicle. On 10/19/2025 at 1:13 p.m. officers with the Fort Madison Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Marsha Eid of Fort Madison. Eid was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated First Offense and cited for Failure to Obey an Official Traffic Control Device.
