On 11/03/2025 at 6:54am, FMPD responded to Super 8 in reference to a possible domestic disturbance between two guests in their room. One of the subjects was identified as Patricia Malloy. Malloy had active warrants for her arrest out of Lee County for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was held at Lee County Jail.
 On 11/03/2025 at 7:53am, FMPD responded to 27 Richards Drive in reference to a report of people camping in a tent down in the creek bed behind some residences. One of the subjects identified as Erinn Rettig. Retting had an active warrant for her arrest out of Muscatine for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was held at Lee County Jail.
On 11/03/2025 at 10:42am, FMPD took a report of a 17yo female being physically abused by her 19yo boyfriend, Aiden Butler, in the 2800 block of Avenue O. Butler was placed under arrest for Domestic Assault-Causing Bodily Injury. He was held at Lee County Jail.
On 11/3/2025 at 6:55 p.m. Officers with the Fort Madison Police Department responded to 1911 Avenue E Street in reference to an assault. Officer contacted both parties and arrested Ruth Shallcross, for Possession of a Controlled Substance- Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Shallcross was transported to the Lee County Jail and held.
On 11/04/2025 at 9:52am FMPD located Cory Hesford, age 28 of Fort Madison, at 1803 Avenue F. He was arrested on a warrant out of Lee County for Failure to Appear at a Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Burglary 3rd Degree. Hesford was held at Lee County Jail.
On 11/05/2025 at 12:35pm, officers responded to 1911 Ave. E in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Amber Brobston, who was having an argument with her live-in boyfriend. As a result, Ms. Brobston was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and taken to Lee County Jail.Â
On 11/06/25 at 1:00pm, officers were attempting to locate a missing juvenile in the 1800 block of Ave. F. Officers located the juvenile in the 1700 block of Ave. F. When trying to take the juvenile into custody to return him home, the juvenile ended up assaulting the officer by striking him in the head. As a result, the juvenile was detained and released to a legal guardian. Juvenile petition filed to Juvenile Courts.
On 11/07/2025 at 4:51pm, FMPD officers located Erica Slough, near the intersection of 14th Street and Avenue J. Slough had warrants out of Davis County for Burglary 3rd Degree and Theft 3rd Degree. She was placed under arrest and held at Lee County Jail.
On 11/8/2025 at 10:38 p.m. Officers with the Fort Madison Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Jacob Blakeman. An investigation led to Blakeman’s arrest for Operating While Intoxicated and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Blakeman was transported to the Lee County Jail and held.Â

On 11/9/2025 at 3:08 a.m., Officers with the Fort Madison Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Lilliana Stoermer. During the traffic stop Officers detected the odor of Marijuana. A search of the vehicle lead officers to charge Stoermer and a Juvenile passenger with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and persons under 21 using tobacco. Both Stoermer and the Juvenile were cited and released. Â
