On 10/19/2025 at 1:13 p.m. officers with the Fort Madison Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Marsha Eid of Fort Madison. Eid was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated First Offense and cited for Failure to Obey an Official Traffic Control Device. Eid was held at the Lee County Correctional Facility.  


On 10/17/2025 at 10:51 p.m. officers with the Fort Madison Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Kevin Wilson of Dallas City IL. Wilson was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and held in the Lee County Correctional Facility.  

On 10/17/2025 at 1:38 a.m. Officers with the Fort Madison Police Department conducted a traffic stop on David Holmes, in the 2000 block of Avenue L for Driving While Barred. Holmes was arrested, transported, and held at the Lee County Correctional Facility. 

 

On 10/16/2025 at 11:19 p.m. Officers with the Fort Madison Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Doug Daughters, in the 4900 block of Avenue O for Driving While Suspended. Daughters was cited and released. 


10/15/2025 at 1:37pm, FMPD officers located Charles Lozano, at 2320 270th Avenue. He had a warrant out of Lee County for Pretrial Release Violation on original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd offense. He was placed under arrest and taken to Lee County Jail.


On 10/13/2025 at 2:10 p.m., officers were called to the 5600 block of Avenue O for a traffic accident.  Justin Bray and Roger Woodbury were involved with Woodbury receiving a citation for Failure to Yield a Left Turn.


On 10/13/2025 at 12:54 p.m., officers responded to 2624 Ave. I in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Rodney Richers, who was having an argument with his live-in girlfriend. As a result, Rodney Richers was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to Correctional Facility.

 

 All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
